If a NestFix piece doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, or just isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee.
How to start a return
- Email support.nestfix@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day
- Drop the package off at any carrier location
- Refund lands on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt
Damaged on arrival
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement right away — no return shipment needed.
What we can't accept
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
